Webinar OnDemand | Setting your board up for success in 2025 with an effective board pack

Board packs matter. They are among the most important documents a business can produce. Alongside the board agenda, they shape the quality of conversations and decisions. So why do so few get it right?

Board Intelligence’s latest research shows that the average board pack has grown by more than 20% since 2019, and 80% of board directors describe board papers as ‘weak’ or ‘poor’. This makes it harder to provide meaningful scrutiny, guidance, and oversight, all of which ultimately affect business performance.

Join us OnDemand for an insightful webinar, where we explore how to create board packs that consistently deliver impact and set the board up for success.

Discussion Topics:

  • What makes a board pack truly best-in-class
  • How to consistently create impactful board packs
  • How the chair, board, and company secretary can enhance meeting efficiency
  • How to use technology to streamline preparation and improve outcomes
