This research draws on 100 senior executives at fund manufacturers, general partners, asset managers, and fund managers. Respondents represent firms with assets under management ranging from US$500 million to more than US$5 billion, across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

- Adoption is underway: 50% of firms have already deployed tokenisation, with a further 50% still at proof-of- concept stage
- Access is the main driver: 42% cite broadening investor participation as the primary objective
- Demand is led by HNWIs: 63% of respondents report strongest interest from high-net-worth investors
- Capability gaps remain: Only 7% are fully confident in their in-house tokenisation capability
- Cost is the biggest internal constraint: 39% cite implementation and infrastructure costs as the main barrier
